Jeannette has had broad exposure and extensive management experience to HR issues and policies for several years working for companies that produced and sold HR products. In her role as the VP of Product Development and Merchandising, she supervised the production of hundreds of new HR products including labor law compliance products, forms and software for HR recordkeeping, employment screening products, safety and training, employee communications, lithographs, awards and greeting cards. Prior to joining the Cornell University Annual Fund in 2004, Ms. Monaco worked for many years in the corporate world and held Senior level Marketing, Public Relations, Merchandising, Product Development and New Business Development at such companies as Avon Products, Coach Leatherware, Reader’s Digest and Bergdorf Goodman. With Masters Degrees in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from New York University, Ms. Monaco is currently an Adjunct Professor at Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City lecturing on Direct Marketing, Finance & Operations, Sales promotion, and Fashion Merchandising. |
